Title: Transfer to FSP pls help!

Hello all,

I just have a few questions and thank you in advance for your answers!

Is it still possible to transfer to FSP server? Friend and me want to transfer from low pop server but FSP is constantly full. Is there any tip/time when to look. I read on reddit something about locking up T1 servers. Is it FSP T1?

As handarand also posted in http://farshiverpeaks.com/index.php?topic=1559.msg10853#msg10853 anet recently changed the way server population is measured, meaning FSP for the foreseeable future is classified as full 24/7 (we have a huge population atm)
