Well it all depends on your active raiding times
If you want to raid on FSP during prime time then you might face problems with forming a new guild, since we already have decent guilds recruiting new players and also some new startups that are expanding.
Outisde prime time I don't see any problem.
If you go Nightcrew guild then by all means come and join
Also you joining FSP is enough for now so you might want to join 1 of our current WvW guilds. We have all kinds of guilds

Noticed you guys had the arena, but when its not so buggy anymore we can have that 10-10 GvG arena since you say 12vs12 is best for this size. Then I think 5x2 parties for each team competing against another guild, then we should be able to have a bit more signups since it only requires 10 players
