Title: OlÂ´FSPÂ´er considering return.
Post by: Balutrik on June 16, 2016, 17:13:36: IÂ´m sorry if this is not the right place for this, but i used to play alot of GW2, and been held up with working RL and playing BnS.

IÂ´m wondering if any or how many of the oldÂ´ players still playing, WvW are only thing that interest me, also stopped just before thorns update. Gear-wise will i be lacking ?

As for your gear question: ascended armor is still the top tier armor and you are even fine using exotic which your thief already has and i'm still here if that counts ^^

Post by: Toxilo on June 26, 2016, 19:15:09: If you ask me there is a big difference between exotic and ascended gear, i can easily notice that my dmg output and surival is lower on exotric on my elementalist. After the HoT release you can have even higher total stats (other than celestial), thanks to the new Marauder stats and so on. I reccomend at least having an ascended set of weapons, there is a small chance of getting ascended chests of armor and weapons. I've geared up my thief that way thank's to a change to the game that let's you put your ascended armor into the mystic forge to change stats.
