If hellbound would like to know why he is banned... he could read the exact reasons in the detailed moderations and warnings that were given to him Via Mail...and notifications on the website.... additionally if he is concerned or feels mistreated he is more than welcome to contact any of the admin and moderation team for a discussion
Is Hellbound able to defend his warnings when he is currently banned?

You are attempting to appear innocent and good by making a fair proposal even though it is completely implausible.

Ultra and Lokar.... If you care or cared about the community ... instead of picking hollow bones with Admins maybe instead you should come and follow or play the game & Actually see the difference in contributing by writing... weightless comments in a forum that the community stays away from because of salt and toxicity & maybe instead of festering over past failure you can actually try to support and help the community in a positive way... Maybe lokar... instead of fighting for a person and wasting your energy on someone who bullies girls in a game you can go help mirraxus make events for the server... maybe if everyone stops taking everything so personal :D you can benefit more people in this game... Nothing is going to affect me.. I dont need to be an admin or lead or even play this game... I only stay here to play with my guild mates & people who I enjoy to game with and who follow me in the community.... and no matter how much effort you put in I honestly have dealt with things that make whatever you dream of doing irrelevant... at least to me... because in the end of the day I play to have fun & so does 95 percent of this community... the sooner you understand this the sooner I believe you guys will come to rest and calm :D

Yes I left the server 10 months ago for 4 months because I was one of the only remaining commanders at the time & it felt too pressuring... now Ive been back & :O the server isnt destroyed like the Major Fanboys predicted :) ... I suggest we drop the salt & immaturities on both sides and if you really do care about the community ... then actually support it where it matters ... in game help these guys create something fun... or just move on because honestly I believe nobody cares :D and you will slowly understand it over time.

Have a good day boys and girls & vote

The above quote is a clear example of an administrator breaking forum rules by going off topic and making insulting remarks in attempt to derail the discussion.

With it being relevant to administrative process of this topic, is this individual being investigated?

Those who go over the line, get warning, no matter who. What you think you believe is a completelly different thing than what actually is, i mean, you were admin once, and it is still recorded all the reports that you moderated. One can think, it was out of control
Who gets to decide what "over the line" is?

Is it fair to leave cases up to individual discretion where that individual may have prejudice and biased behavior?

My post above is a clear example of this misuse with incorrect action.

EDIT:

If my recent posts were deemed spamming then surely administrator Bezainas is guilty of spamming as well and should also receive a 20 point warning for posting nothing less than 4 posts in a row.

Here are clear examples of abuse of power by individual administrative members in attempt to silence someone from expressing their fair concerns:

Firstly, the forum rules does not clearly define what "spamming" is.

According to formal definition, spamming is the following: "send the same message indiscriminately to (a large number of Internet users)."

Note, "THE SAME MESSAGE".

None of my posts in this topic were repeated.

My posts were individual responses to other members.

This is not spamming as per the formal definition.

Warning me in attempt to oppress me is prejudice and biased behavior by administrative members who are abusing their power.

This type of behavior administrative members has too be unacceptable in a community.

This was discussed by the Admin Team and it was decided that if there is not a relevant concern by the community like a relevant percantage there is no reason to be concerned...

We are here to support the community & our moderation team are people who volunteered to take out of their own time to help the server by helping us :)

So I start a poll for Lokar here to see how many people actually want to see if we are abusing our "Power" and "picking on MR. Hellbound" or if he actually deserved the punishment he got.

if the results hit 25% of the people that voted on the admin elections... which is a relevant part of the community we will release this information... which will just reiterate that he was being a troll :D

Total Members Voted: 122

So I will calculate that for you 0.25 * 122 = 30.5 .... so lets round down for you to 30 people :)

We are not hiding anything just FYI from the community this is just about seeing if an issue is actually relevant to the players of the community & not just going for each single player request.

Thank you for your cooperation & understanding :D
How do you establish whether an issue is a concern for the community?

Where do you get that number from with the amount of members being concerned?

When individuals do not post to express their concern it does not indicate that they are not concerned.

In fact, there already exist clear cases where individuals were oppressed from raising their concerns. This directly discourages anyone else from bothering to do the same.

Trashing a "rallybot" is nothing but shameful behavior.
Not really, I do it on a daily basis. Git gud, or PvE. Stop spamming, Lokar's second acc. The pattern is too obvious.
You do nothing but show what a bad person you are. It is nothing to be proud of.

And what is with all these disclosure fetish ? First Muller with wanting to see "rigged election" results, and now this. This isn't the CIA/NSA where the admins are out to assassinate your dog. It's a casual forum where most people just roleplay. It would make sense if someone demanded to see the proof of some gameplay, like if accused of rallybotting..or anything related to the game.
No, it is a case of individuals with administrative power who oppress others on a community forum from expressing their rightful concerns and views.

Turtle you reported a post that was reported already... we have already issued a first warning to that
So reports by different members for the same infringement is not allowed?

How do individual members know that others also logged reports?

Your reasoning here is not smart and strongly indicates incompetence in approach by administrative members.

Most of it looks fine imo

Reports were made for abusive language and troll reports. The thing with reporting posts is not to be used in the sense of: I disagree with this person or: I don't like this person.
Then i need to ask why some people can go over the line (rules) and don't get warning while someone gets the warning continuely and i even made a thread (when i was admin) that those warning are out of control. And i would believe that those warnings are still out of control ?

If we go for the rules strictly, then some people should get their warning as well, because their language or attitudes are not acceptable.
I mean, you started to punish people now and i don't see any actions against other people yet. Only what i can figure out - it's only the same person who get punished.

I made a report now - what will you do now?
This is very meaningful independent analysis of prejudice and biased behavior.

We do our best to judge situations as good as we can without letting personal judgement interfere, in the end we are still human though :) Even against ''our own people'' we take actions, like we did as example with Doc. So we moderate everything and everyone.

Yes, you will not always agree with our decisions, but that is where you will have to agree to disagree once in a while or like I mentioned before: make a polite post, give ''evidence'' and convince us in a normal matter about the fact we are ''wrong''. Calling us retards, bigfoot, nazi's etc doesn't contribute to that :)
Who gets to decide whether posts or reports are inappropriate?

Is it fair to leave such serious judgement to the discretion of often biased and vengeful administrative members?

There are clear indications of prejudice and biasedness by certain individuals of power against others without thorough retrospect.

We spoke about this last night on TS and the conclusion/actions were basically like this:

- We informed each other on how to deal with post like this in the future, which includes:
1. not closing the thread strait away
2. moderate and clean the off topic parts instead
3. close it when it gets fully out of hand

In return it would be much appreciated if the new threads and post will be more constructive, without trolling or false accusations without prove. We are here to help and want to keep that up, but that can be done without personal attacks and name calling :)
Where is the outcome of the report?

You have stated absolutely nothing of what the original poster requested.

An administrator going off-topic, oh the irony.

Report was dealt with accordingly.

And you are the OP, so please stay on topic, and same goes for all other posters above or next time your replies will be removed, if they go off-topic. The OP was about a progress report, and that specific report was dealt with.

OP has been answered and thread will be closed later today
Would you care to reveal the outcome of the report?

Any update or progress yet? Its very unfortunate that when you ask for a specific admin to help you out they completely ignore you and continue giving people warnings and banning them.
This proves how ineffective and meaningless the entire administrative structure is.

There should be complete transparency with the unnecessary banning of members and those execute it has to be exposed.

Do whatever you please mate, that's the game is all about. If someone roasts you in game, roast them back. Complaining here won't do any good.
Roasting does nothing but create an unpleasant and distasteful environment within a community.

I stay afk in towers too often, but in a tower next to a camp. If some dudes try to flip the camp, I try to flip them instead. You are too focused on what Nora doing in the tower, instead of just playing the game. That's just stalking. I haven't seen Doc trashtalking someone on purpose. But if he trashes a rallybot, well, he has the right. I would too.
Trashing a "rallybot" is nothing but shameful behavior.
