nah, doing it in WvW would be quite problematic, i found one a short while after release where u could go up the mountains on the right lower side of the borderlands and make your way to hills, where u could attack the lord from below the platform. I reported it to anet straight away, since it could ruin the matchup/game for lots of people. dungeons are also a big no-no for me 8) in open world PvE there is not much to gain from going outside the map though.
