The website has just switched over to a VPS instead of our old shared hosting solution

This has been a long time coming.
The old site was slow and we almost hit our resource cap each month. This month that happened. We hit our 20gb bandtwidth limit, meaning the site was unavailable for about an hour while we got the website imported to the new VPS.

Is the site still unavailable for your buddies?
Since the host changed, the IP also changed, meaning people either have to wait for their DNS to reset, or clear it manually. A guide for flushing your dns can be found here for both Windows and Mac) https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache
Linux users, i expect you to know how to do this on your own!   

It still doesn't work!
It is very possibly that your computer is using a DNS server that has not yet itself cleared its cache.
If you know how to change your DNS to something like Google DNS, then you can do this (it is most likely better than your default DNS server anyway)
However i wont actually say you should do it, it is just a matter of time before the site works for you again

The new host
First of all, the new host is cheaper, but i think these results speak for themselves

The new site also has a 1TB bandtwidth, meaning we shouldn't hit this cap again any time soon

There are still some minor issues with the character encodings, but everything seems to work fine

Added way to register a music bot with your teamspeak user

This means the music bot is only allowed onto the server if it has the same IP as you do.

Super simple, all you do is join the "Music Bot - join to register" channel and if you are logged into the forum (and verified ofc^^) it will instantly give the user the music bot group

Gonna revoke access for accounts made after the free accounts was introduced, if they do not have the characters permission later today.

From the time it took me to add the characters requirement, to i got the level check created, 6 accounts at level 2 got added to the site... (they have had a day to level it more since then and still level 2...)

Removed the requirement to mute the sound input of the music bots, turns out that option also mutes output for some reason.

I read mute sound input from the bot. Do you not mean sound output?

right... it depends on which side you view it from XD, but yes voice output to the music bot

I think you might have misunderstood the part abort naming the api key

I saw your api Key in the error log and there are two problems

First, do not add FarShiverpeaksAPIKey- in front of your api Key when typing it in on this site

Next, you need to name your api key using FarShiverpeaksAPIKey- plus the random numbers and letters from http://farshiverpeaks.com/index.php?page=privateapikeyname on guildwars2.com when making the key, i see you named yours with your own name

As handarand also posted in http://farshiverpeaks.com/index.php?topic=1559.msg10853#msg10853 anet recently changed the way server population is measured, meaning FSP for the foreseeable future is classified as full 24/7 (we have a huge population atm)

Arenanet seems to have completely broken the api trying to fix it

From what i can gather, the API might even delete existing keys if some endpoints of the API is called

Anyway disabled the api again... so everyone should have access... again...

I have a feeling everyone is going to have a fun time recreating their keys when this is over, unless it is a cache issue on their end.
