Issues & Enquiries / Acc Transfer + Possible guild creation

Hello! Good afternoon everyone.
I'm Aegon, a veteran WvW player. Recently I've decided to transfer from my actual server. I know that nowadays, FSP needs ppl and guilds.
So I was guessing... Do I have a chance to transfer myself and create a WvW guild on the server?
As I said I'm veteran on WvW (more than 2 years on it) but I don't have too much experience on commanding. So I would like to know, if I could join FPS in first place. And the second place, If I may have the option to create a WvW Guild there.
