API key verification problem

I have been trying to authenticate my API key with teamspeak but without success I get the message that API is invalid or down, I have tried countless ways still no luck so need some clarification here. I have tried FarShiverpeaksAPIKey-"my api key from arena net site" and FarShiverpeaksAPIKey-"fsp website key""arena website key". I also tried different keys with no success. Am I doing something stupidly wrong?

It is using the old UI, but the principle is the same
