Making this thread to restart the vote since the old one was tampered with by Lokar changing the vote options.

As mentioned before 30 votes to release to Hellbound the reasons why he is banned...

He already was notified several times for each warning.

There is no reason to release the banning reasons.

He should deal with it himself like a grow up and talk to the admins.
